NITRO NEGRONI
Negroni Riff on Nitro
8 oz Caffè Umbria Nitro Cold Brew
1 1/2 oz Campari
1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand Orange Curaçao
Grapefruit Bitters
Ice
Grapefruit slice for garnish
Combine Campari, Curaçao and bitters in a 16 oz pilsner glass
Add ice to 1/2 full
Hard pour nitro cold brew to top
Add grapefruit slice for garnish
COFFEE SHRUB NEGRONI
A sparkling coffee Negroni spiked with balsamic vinegar
1 oz London dry style Gin
1 1/2 oz Campari
1 oz Balsamic Coffee Shrub
Ice, crushed & cubed
Club Soda
Orange peel twist for garnish
Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice
Combine gin, Campari and shrub in mixing glass
Add cubed ice ice and stir without aerating for 15 seconds
Strain into serving glass
Top with soda and garnish
Balsamic Coffee Shrub (prepare in advance)
1 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 Cup filtered water
1 Cup (3 oz) coarsely ground Negroni Week Blend Coffee
Combine vinegar and ground coffee in a jar, cover and steep for 8-12 hours
Strain large particles then strain again through a fine sieve of cheesecloth
Makes enough for 10 cocktails
